Father's Day Links and ideas

Father's Day is just around the corner, so here are some links to give you and your children some ideas on how to celebrate the dad in your home.....

First of all, here is a link to the Family Dad email archives and here is the Family Dad website - which is subtitled *Encouraging Dads as Husbands, Fathers and Family Leaders.  I signed up for my husband to receive the emails and they are quite encouraging!

Here are some other ideas to celebrate dad!

Dad and Me Coffee Cup - I'm not sure about making it into a coffee cup, BUT I *love* the little fingerprint dad and child and think that would make a lovely card!  Speaking of cards, here is a Quilled Cat Father's Day card, that would be great for an older child to make.  One of the home school girls we know has made a little business out of quilled cards and does a wonderful job on them!

There are quite a few ideas here on Tie-riffic Dads - which one will your children make?  Here are some Gift Bags for Dads that would be fun to make!  AND I love these Father's Day Candy Bar Printables - very easy and quick to make!

For the child that loves art, here is a gift to make of Seasonal Impressions - something to make for dad that can go in their portfolio for this year as well.  smile

I hope this gives you and your children some ideas to celebrate Dad on Father's Day!{jcomments off}
