Home Education Regulation extended to August 31, 2013

In a letter from Honourable Dave Hancock, Minister of Education, AHEA was made aware that the
Home Education Regulation AR 145/2006 has been extended to August 31, 2013.

In addition, the Minister has responded to our request to be an integral part of the Home Education Regulation review process
The response does NOT provide the assurance that we will be initially involved, but states that Mr. Hancock has passed our request on to his department.
We would recommend all home educators stay in close contact with their MLA.
