Art Show

Calling all homeschool artists ages 12 and up! Bring one or two pieces of your artwork that you would like to display and/or sell for inclusion in our Homeschool Art Show. Homeschool students who register for the Convention may bring one or two of their favourite works of art either to the Performing Arts Evening in the Parkland Pavilion from 7:00 to 9:00 PM on Thursday or to the Coat Check booth in the Exhibition Hall no later than 11:00 AM on Friday morning.

The artwork should be on heavy paper, matted, or framed or in a shadow box or display case for displaying purposes. If you have a tabletop- or floor-easel to display your work, please bring that as well. Please attach a name card that includes your first and last name (or your first name and last initial if you prefer) and your age.  Artwork will be displayed by the Coat Check booth in the Exhibition Hall. Art that is for sale must have the price marked clearly on or near the art work.

The cost to enter each piece of artwork into the Art Show (for either display or sale) is $5.

A Selection Committee will be choosing three pieces of artwork that will have the honour of being featured in an upcoming AHEA magazine and/or on the AHEA website.
