Register for AHEA Convention 2018

Registration entitles you to attend all sessions, exhibitor workshops, and the exhibit hall on Thursday April 12th, Friday April 13th, and Saturday April 14th. There is a $10.00 Cancellation/Transfer Fee prior to March 1st, 2018. No cancellations or transfers will be accepted after March 1st, 2018.

Single Membership with Convention Entry: $115
Couple (1 Membership) with Convention Entry: $150
Couple Membership with Convention Entry: $175
Youth (age 13 and up, per person): $65
Children (12 and under), Grandparents, and Invited Pastors: FREE
Shop-Only on Saturday Afternoon: $30 per person

Optional Events

Graduation Ceremony (Regalia and certificate included): $75 per graduate
Chocolate with Encouragement for Moms: $10 per person
Dad's Breakfast: $15 per person

Optional Labs for Youth (Free sessions will be running concurrently with all labs):
Youth First Aid Lab: $10 per student
Youth Drama Lab: $10 per student
Youth Drawing Lab: $15 per student
Youth Photography Lab: $15 per student
Youth Dissection Lab: $20 per student

Optional 2-Day Children’s Program for ages 5-12: $50 per child


Registration at AHEA’s convention includes a one-year AHEA membership. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any convention registration and the associated membership with AHEA at our sole discretion.

In addition, the right of admission to the convention is reserved. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from, the convention any persons whose conduct is unlawful, offensive, contrary to the purposes of the convention, or who is not entitled to attend. Any person who causes a disturbance or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from the convention organizers may be removed from the convention.
