AHEA's Graduation Ceremony

Saturday, April 14th, 5:00PM  |  $75 per Graduate

Do you have a homeschooled student who is in Grade 12 this year?

We would like to invite you and your graduate to participate in AHEA's 2018 Graduation Ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, April 14 at 5:00 p.m. at the end of the AHEA Convention weekend. The ceremony will be complete with formal caps and gowns, special music, participation of AHEA Board Members, and a commencement address by a special guest speaker. We will also provide a personalized graduation certificate which you will sign and present to your student. Invitations will also be provided to you at no cost to send out to family and friends to attend the ceremony. After the ceremony, there will be a short reception with cake and punch for all to enjoy.

The cost for participating is $75 per student, which includes gown rental, souvenir cap and tassel, and graduation certificate.

If you would like to be a part of this wonderful celebration, please register online by March 12. (The Graduation Ceremony will be available as an option once you've added a child to your convention registration.) Please have your graduate write up (in first person) a 200-word biography, include a casual photo, and e-mail both to Nicole at This email address is being protected from spambots. The biography might include information about achievements during the high school years, plans for the future, hobbies, favourite Scripture verse, favourite quote, life philosophies, people to thank, etc. The biographies will be included in both the graduation ceremony program and the AHEA Convention Guide.
